The wrecking crews have come for a site where a mixed-use luxury condominium project soon will be taking shape. The new development will continue the transformation of the popular South Congress retail, restaurant and entertainment district to the south.
Leland South Congress is a seven-story, mixed-use project set to rise at South Congress Avenue and Live Oak Street.
The new development will have 265 residences – studios along with one to four-bedroom units. Prices for the market-rate units are expected to range from the $400,000s to more than $3 million. Current plans also call for some units to be priced at below-market rates.
